An advertiser agency called ETA Star Property Developers, as a part of its advertisement campaign announced that it is going to launch a hot air balloon in Chennai. This Hot air balloon will fly across Marina beach and Elites beach on any day between 14th and 27th July. It allowed few people to travel in that balloon and they are selected through a lucky draw.
